    Big problem with courier's (Hermes) delivery, item arrived week overdue, but seller's response was very positive and the item was ideal and as described. I would certainly recommend seller for any other transaction. I have awarded 5 stars for dispatch time as I was notified by the seller item dispatched on time and by the courier that the item was out for delivery at the estimated delivery date, but they failed to deliver, then held onto the item in depot for a week!
