Seller advertises USA Seller. For context this means they will ship to the USA not that they are located in USA. Package came from China. Not a big deal but the shipping took around a month. This was disappointing to find out as I planned for a USA shipping estimation and not overseas. If it was advertised a little bit more clearly I would do 5 stars as the product was as expected and in excellent condition.

I used to always buy my phones from this buyer but after this experience am never buying from them again. The phone was advertised as unlocked but is locked to Verizon. They insisted I reach out to support via Whatsapp before returning it but never got back to me. I asked for a return label and they told me to whatsapp them and never sent the return label. Reaching out to ebay for support. Shipping took a month and now they've strung me along for another month and still no usable phone.
