  Although the remote description claimed it was a replacement for the original Sony remote... But when I received it the item just did not work even after trying different new batteries... The experience with seller was very positive and agreed a refund...disappointing that the new handset does not work but a good experience with seller... thank you.

  Excellent communication, fast delivery and item works well. Only other comment is that I would have liked item to have had a little bit of padding/bubble wrap for protection whilst in transit. It came in just a thin plastic bag but luckily it was not damaged.

  Remote sent different to one ordered, looks the same and works just like original but was an ED-011 instead of an ED-013. So far no problems. Regarding packaging, item was tumbling around in cardboard package, maybe seller would consider bubble wrap or plenty of paper to secure item and avoid possible damage in transit. Overall a good item at a good price. Many thanks.
