    I initially received this item without the depicted Serial ISOL cards. The seller attempted to explain that this was only a representative photo. After communicating with the seller that I required the 2 cards as well as the controller, or I would return the item to ebay corporate and they could seek remuneration via professional channels, the seller sent the 2 cards, representing the fully depicted item. I was made whole, but it took time.
