  Metal tray was damaged in shipping. Was exceptionally well wrapped, so certainly wasn't seller's fault, but they sent me out a whole new one anyway! Great little perch that I needed for our conure in the kitchen, & just took him a couple of days to get used to it. The food/water pots are secure. Fantastic service, definitely recommend.
