My letterbox ended up damaged as their courier jambed item in letterbox. If item was delivered on time this would have not happened as I would have been in. I even have notice on door where to put parcels for days im working. Asked seller for courier details and was given just couriers name...no reference numbers...Guess a case of looking for a needle in a haystack. The item was a small card holder easily pushed through if packaging was a small plastic bag but no...use a bigger box....
