Good for the price but absolutely not new, lots of hair in the brush. Reached out to the seller just to let them know about the hair, I was not looking for nor did I asks for a discount ect. Just wanted a response but the seller never responded in a week. All and all a good price for a great product.. I removed the hair and a little white cleaning vinegar and water, like magic the brush was clean. shipping issues was due to usps not seller. Will shop again.. I’m still leaving 5 stars
