They sent me an item that did not fit my car. I have sent six emails to them for a refund. They keep telling me that my account is the wrong account number that I’ve given them, but I’ve given them the same and the correct account number three times the same one that I have received refunds from or made payments from many times they don’t respond anymore.

After I purchased, the seller tried to get me to pay extra for an ‘upgraded’ version but it wasn’t the product I wanted. But then they said they would upgrade me for free.. turns out they didn’t even have the product in stock. I got a refund promptly but why have a product listed when it’s not even available?
