    The seller did not have item in stock and failed to share the information stating that her had forgotten. I paid £15.00 via PayPal separately for the postage of the goods, he has acknowledged but not returned that money. Thank you to Ebay the main amount of money was returned. Please be cautious of this seller.

    Buyer caused total confusion and disruption by selecting personal collection in check out, then requesting delivery, but not paying for it in response to my paypal invoice. A difficult situation to manage while working remotely. Refunding was never a problem, and once I'd located his postage payment, was refunded too.
