  The item is as described, however the package was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel, fortunately the person who received the item delivered it to me this evening, I have no problem with the seller, but for any future purchases on ebay I will enquire from the seller what service they use for deliveries, this is not the first time this has happened with Yodel which in my opinion is the worst delivery service, I wish sellers would stop using them.

  The quality appears to be ok. The condition is new. The value is surprising to me. The seller was open to offers and offered a quantity discount, but all three rejected them. Making offers to this seller may not be the most effective approach. The product looks the same as the OEM, minus the Kärcher brand name. Regarding the postage, the label indicated a delivery time of 48 hours; however, the actual delivery took 7 days from purchase (5 working days if you exclude Saturday and Sunday)
