This item is of good quality. Unfortunately it was too big for the space we had for it. The photo gave us the impression that it was smaller. The address I was given to return it to was in China and because of the cost of doing so I wrote to the seller asking if there was a alternative. The communication was extremely good and eventually we came to an arrangement that suited us both. Highly recommend.

For the price this appears to be a useful pack, volume wise it is relatively low, the lined top section is good for food and drink. The side bags are not going to hold larger items, however, fitting was easy with velcro straps. It does look good on my ebike, will probably serve useful for carrying the charger, some food and clothing. Of course it's not expensive, so I'm very happy and delivery was spot on.
