Seller communication was great - bought over the holiday - so a few days delay given the shipping office was closed- but I was told that right away - so absolutely no issue! Lovely bag, well packed, and again great communication. Shipping fee is expected from all distant sellers - so again, no issue, as a buyer you consider this in the price.     Incredibly stunning. The item arrived in better shape than the photos made them out to be. We looked up the history of the item and were amazed at it's background. They sold the item at a very reasonable price and you get more than your money's worth. Shipping was incredibly fast, the order was placed on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday all the way from Japan! We will be keeping an eye out for future items from the seller.
