    Product has yet to be assembled. Greatest advantage of seller was : Unmatched communication. Answered every question I had with truth and honesty. Only disadvantage was delivery. I know DEFINITELY had nothing to do with seller or shipper. All blame on FEDEX for their unprofessionalism.

    Very nice recliner. Bought it for my 92 year old mother in a nursing home and she loves it. I did have a concern about the shipping. Apparently on of the boxes was held for a few days because of bad weather. The seller responded quickly to my concern and found the item and it arrived the very next day. They even contacted me to make sure it arrived. Would highly recommend this seller.

    It’s a very cheap quality and also it was broken from many places. The cushion are not as described it’s very thin and uncomfortable. The box that this item came in was damaged and the seller is not helpful either. Had to wait for so many days before I can get any reply back. As a buyer it’s very frustrating to spend so much of money and get a damaged item and on top of that seller is not helping with the return.
