    Item was listed as a Sonos Roam 2, came in Sonos Roam 2 packaging but was in fact 1st gen Roam. Seller also listed the item as new but it was heavily used and even had a dent. It's one thing to make a mistake between the Roam and Roam 2 but the there is no way the seller could honestly sell this as new box open and not know the condition of the item. Seems very deceptive. Full refund via eBay but beware of seller and check the items you receive are actually what you ordered.

    There was no attempt at deception, the item arrived from my supplier in the Roam 2 packaging and on the manifest as a Roam 2. I accept I should've been more thorough when assessing the item and gave a full refund myself and that wasn't undertaken by eBay. My feedback speaks for itself. I apologise for how this appeared to the buyer but it was a genuine mistake. And has been relisted correctly.
