  I am absolutely thrilled with this cake topper. After I accidentally ordered the wrong colour I contacted the seller and they allowed me to correct my mistake and sent the item as I wanted. Absolutely fantastic customer service. The topper is great quality and amazing value for money. 100% would recommend this. So happy with the packaging it was sent in as it was so secure. I contacted the seller who sent another promptly 1st class which I received, but unfortunately the name was incorrect due to a type correction when I purchased. I contacted the seller who very kindly offered to send a new one 1st class as a gesture of goodwill. I received in time to put on the birthday cake. Thank you

  Great quality, exactly how it was described, amazing customer service, my order didn’t come when it said it would (due to Royal Mail NOT the seller) I messaged them and they sent out a new one off their own backs straight away as I needed it in a hurry…absolutely love it!! It fits perfect on my cake I will definitely order again…however for anyone else who orders I would order slightly more in advance because royal mail are so backed up - will definitely order again

  I have ordered cake toppers in dark colours from this seller before andthe products were fine.This time, I ordered a cake topper in pearl white Iridescent glitter but when it came, there was quite a lot of yellowing on and around some of the letters, due to the machine cutting process . I contacted the seller who responded quickly and kindly remade the cake topper in a darker colour and sent it first class as time was short.

They were quick to reply, reassuring me they would replace it free of charge, which they did and I received it the next day.
