    A very positive transaction here, despite x1 of the plates unfortunately breaking during the postal system. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly!     Sadly this arrived damaged as the box was crushed. If it wasn’t broken then it would have looked as described and would have been a great value of money. I contacted the seller and immediately responded back, to give me a full refund of both the cost and postage too.

    The listing for the Matti Mouse figure showed that it was in very good condition. The price was excellent. It was well packed in two layers of bubble wrap inside a strong cardboard box.
