    A very positive transaction here, despite x1 of the plates unfortunately breaking during the postal system. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly!     The listing for the Matti Mouse figure showed that it was in very good condition. The price was excellent. It was well packed in two layers of bubble wrap inside a strong cardboard box. Unfortunately, the figure was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and received a very friendly reply and an immediate refund. Brilliant service. Thank you
