Box must have been dropped or kicked at some point during transit as arrived with large dent. However all items arrived in perfect condition due to the individual wrapping & protection. Save this seller because when you find a porcelain seller who takes such care with wrapping & are a pleasure to communicate with, you can’t go wrong. Thanks

    A very positive transaction here, despite x1 of the plates unfortunately breaking during the postal system. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly!
