Box must have been dropped or kicked at some point during transit as arrived with large dent. However all items arrived in perfect condition due to the individual wrapping & protection. Save this seller because when you find a porcelain seller who takes such care with wrapping & are a pleasure to communicate with, you can’t go wrong. Thanks

    I am so pleased to have discovered this company that has a wonderful selection of items. Everything was described honestly and the price range was in a sensible budget. I got three items and got them in a combined postage. They arrived together in a strong box and well protected from the perils of Evri who are well known to ignore "FRAGILE" MANY THANKS for all three which are going into different rooms I am currently doing in new themes.     A very positive transaction here, despite x1 of the plates unfortunately breaking during the postal system. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly!
