I told them I want a refund and showed proof of advert and they asked if I can get my own courier. Asked for item weight details and address to quote for pickup and no response. So I cannot pick up item if I wanted to or organise delivery.

    Packaging left a lot to be desired as it was a brittle plastic part in a big cardboard box without any filling material. Box was collapsed and torn open on delivery but driver kindly waited while part was inspected. Luckily, it was undamaged and accepted. Item - 5 stars, packaging - 0 stars.
