    As described. Well packaged. Works perfectly - I just need to adapt from 19" 1440*900 monitor to this monster - 27" 2560*1440. Came 1 day late but that was Parcel Force and NOT the seller. Paid for Express24 so they are at fault. Will certainly use again and I can't recommend this seller highly enough. The empty box is now FULL of the packaging.. I don't know how he fitted everything in. Photo's added.

    The buyer has not provided any evidence of damage. Adamant to provide any images. He keeps saying that he does not know how to do that (He knows how to place an order and also knows how to open ebay case). we have given the option to send pictures via WhatsApp. He never sent a single image of the damaged goods received. I have accepted the eBay return via eBay case, but never sent the item back.It looks buyer wants item for free. You get sometime this kind of buyer. Reported to ebay now
