The items are as pictured but when looked at closely the hangers have scratches that appear to be a manufacture flaw. I thought the item would be shipped from a Merchant in the United States. The item is not from a US Seller but is from a Chinese Merchant in China. This is a problem for me because I thought I would get my item right away. It has taken more than 2 weeks to receive and USPS Tracking didn't have full tracking information until the item went through customs.
