The listings on this product varied from £6.5 to £7.5 from multiple sellers for a 100 ml. This listing had 175 ml and slightly higher price. When I bid for this product I bid based on the volume. I received the product and to my surprise it is 100ml. When contacted the seller he is saying it is a listing error when it is clearly evident it is not. Not a pleasant situation to argue with this. Real bad experience.

Item was sold as "new, box damaged", and it arrived as sold, description seems to be accurate. The item , a phone, seems to be in good working order. Only 1 pack of the 2 shampoos I'd ordered arrived (a week after the order) I had to contact the seller to enquire what happened to the rest. I'm assuming they would have contacted me to tell me that it was a part delivery? After a few emails I was informed the rest of the order was out of stock but they offered me a 2 pack conditioner instead which I accepted. That arrived today - the original order was placed 14/03. They were helpful in the end. Packaging extremely basic, luckily not damaged.

I have already sent feedback but just to repeat the order was speedily dispatched which I appreciated. Unfortunately two of the three items had badly broken plastic caps which does not interfere with their functioning but which I had to repair with sellotape. I do not think they were packed sufficiently otherwise this would not have happened.
