    Very good customer service. Communication from the seller regarding delivery was excellent, delivered on time and delivery driver was really friendly and helpful. Sofa looks the same as the photos, only downside is it's quite hard and may not be to everyones comfort. I don't mind it, but my partner would prefer the seated cushions to have been a bit softer. It's a good price, so not a huge issue.

    Had a small issue with one of the sofas on delivery. Contacted seller who sent a specialist straight away to investigate. The sofa was then taken for a more in depth inspection. The sofa was sorted and returned in a week at no cost to myself. What an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'd highly recommend this seller if you're in the market for a new sofa.     Exceptional service, nothing was too much for delivery driver, we had to take a door off to get sofas in and he went far beyond what you would expect, very experienced, friendly etc, it was a pleasure to meet and do business with him.     Beautiful large, good quality sofa and footstool and excellent value for money. Foam seats are a little hard but hopefully will soften over time.     Couch colour very different to the image displayed, very pale, closer to white. The couches never came out of the packaging but the quality looked good. Colour wasn't suitable with my pets the delivery guys were happy to put it back on the van after speaking to their office & said there would be no cost as they hadn't needed to return. I received correspondence saying a refund was being processed -£120 for delivivery & collection costs. Reduced to £59 when I questioned. Refunded after chasing.
