When received the item it was really nice but broken so threw away straight away contacted seller and he said wanted a picture of broken item couldn,t because threw it and did offer a replacement but wasn,t keen because couldn,t send a photo of item would like a replacement if possible please Ms Phillips

It would have been much better had you replied to my messages and explained the situation rather than leaving negative feedback. The reason I wanted photographs is so I could make a claim for damage from the courier but as you disposed of the item this isn't possible. It also helps to see what damage has been caused so that any replacement can be packaged better. I will have a replacement sent out and hope you can revisit your feedback.
