    Seller created an exasperating, and drawn out issue after ‘apparently’ dispatching the expensive vibration plate with the incorrect details regarding weight. Item was never received. Seller refused to take accountability, was rude when I requested a refund, and they were unhelpful, despite my patience and giving them ample time to sort. This is the first negative review I’ve left in the 18 years I’ve been an eBay customer.

    Buyer has completely lied here. I have chat logs that prove otherwise. Even before the buyer knew anything I messaged them explaining that a mistake had been made which would cause a delay (Taking accountability). I never was once rude (instead the other way round). Buyer was blasphemous. I offered compensation and offered to cover any extra cost all of which they buyer hasn't mentioned instead chose to slander me out of their own frustration.
