  I received the wrong color - a soft pink/cream color- despite the seller wrote to verify the color and I confirmed the order was for 1 "white" color. I ordered same item from other seller before without problems. Also was overcharged $8.99 and the package was given to USPS up to 5 days after receiving payment. Is sad I must leave a "neutral" rating for this seller.

  Listed items were not available (colors or quantity). Communication = poor, yet constant, seller was stalling. If supply chain is an issue, take the products offline. If a customer is offered a tracking number, send it in a timely fashion. The 2 products received (of 3 requested) are fine, but a bummer to have to wait weeks for!! Seller can't be in US, due to reply times/email script. Refund came, but not before multiple requests & more than a month of waiting. Very disappointed in all this. SAD

  I received a damaged case (see black spot embedded in the plastic). I contacted the seller and I was polite and respectful. I offered to send the case back to them. They have run me around, refused to accept the case back, and won't refund me or send me a new case. I told them I'd leave a poor review, and they offered a 10% discount. I don't want that. I want a new case--you know, the case I paid for. BEWARE this seller.
