  When the item got shipped, royal mail delivered the item to the wrong address and even showed this in royal mail Picture that they uploaded to proof of postage, and when I contacted the seller, they said to me, "you'll need to sort this out with royal mail" and even though I tried before contacting the seller Royal mail stated that a seller would need to put true a compensation form. And I couldn't do so, because I didn't know how the item was posted etc. No lack of support

  Seller is just ignoring my messages, asking for refund as hair arrived yellow and thin but no reply from them. Just an absolute joke don’t waste your money!! Such bad quality hair the hair is so frizzy and dry it’s really not worth it especially when the seller can’t even own up
