The item didn't arrive during the predicted period, so I contacted the seller. SUPERB service from them!! They promise to take charge of the matter - and did so. They also voluntarily assured me that if it were lost, I could either have a replacement, or upgrade model if none of the former available, or a refund. I asked for an item, not a refund. It came swiftly, without further input from me. I highly recommend this seller!
