  Responsible Seller- quick to respond. Offered alternatives when there was a problem with delivery. Requested to cancel order, because the item was too big for our particular courier(he refused to carry it! His prerogative!) Refunded full amount, without any hesitation. Only real problem was that I was expecting this item to be delivered over a week ago now, and would have been able to complete the work, they were bought for- by now!
