The advertisement for this showed a vibrant picture. In person it is very difficult to see. I messaged the seller about this and they initiated a refund. I really appreciate this. Losing a family member is hard and I just want to put his ashes in something very nice. This is a nice urn, but the print is not clear and vibrant like the picture on the ebay ad. I very much appreciate the seller giving me a refund. It is a reflection of the sellers good character. Thanks again.
