  The item arrived ahead of the delivery date which is ok, but, the delivery address is a 24/7 residential,care home, and the box was still left outside, a little patience from the delivery driver would have helped. I had to call the carehome to tell them it was outside. The box was slightly damaged but I have no reports from my mum saying it was damaged.
