  I ordered this a few weeks back with the seller using evri as its preferred merchant evri attempt a delivery once and this was the for an unknown reason returned back to the seller. I contacted the seller and was told a replacment one would be sent out by royal mail. I can only applaud the quickness of this being resolved and actioned. This seller is a credit to ebay.

  Wheelchair had buckled wheels . So message seller. In which they dealt with it straight away. Sent a replacement out received in 3 days . Only to have same problem .   This scarf is high quality mulberry silk, it looks even better in person then in the photos and came in perfect condition and although shipping took longer than anticipated due to uncontrollable shipping issues, the seller was extremely helpful and transparent about everything and I am extremely grateful and appreciative for that.
