    Cat collar arrived in good time but the incorrect item was sent. After contacting the supplier they claimed that they supplied the next closest colour and design. It would have been ok if I was contacted and given the option to choose an alternative but I was not given the choice. The seller offered a refund upon returning the item which gave me the impression they weren’t bothered they sent the incorrect item in the first place.

    The customer ordered a Brown Bandana. To prevent any delays with posting the item, we sent a similar design which was lighter brown He was quite rude and tried to claim the Bandana was Pink. With this we offered him 3 variations of Pink designs we have that we could exchange if preferred or issue a refund. We never received a response after this message, instead just feedback left. We assume the customer wanted to keep the item and receive a refund aswell.
