  Although I paid for 48 hour tracked delivery, item showed sent as untracked and over a week later had still not arrived. Contacted seller and "tracking" immediately appeared, the package delivered 2 days later, but almost too late on the day before I was going away on a trip. After all that, the firming cream makes no visible difference anyway so not worth the price. Disappointing experience all round.

  I purchased a 3kg tub of bisto, when it arrived the packaging had two large holes, the contents were all inside the box, the lid had come loose, I contacted the seller who was lovely and said he would send out another one straight away, and he did!!! I got it the next day, sadly this one was even worse. The lid was completely off and 3kg of bisto powder was in bubble wrap! I had to contact the seller again and explain that this one was even worse, he refunded me straight away. Thank you for that
