  Item, received, just nie, at 1.45 PM, on Thurs 28th Aug 2025. Item, well wrapped and packaged. Delay, courier, gave wrong tracking message, date of delivery ommited. Unnecessay, delay, including invonvinence to me the buyer snd to the seller, created by the incompetence, negleegence; deliberstley caused, by Royal Mail, delivery personnel. I recommend, change courier.

  Trusted and reliable seller . Items as described , so far so good. Packaging was up to the challenge , everything was received in pristine condition.DHL took care of the tax procedures , at a reasonable fee. I may suggest though: As the portfolio inspires to buy more than one bottle of precious perfume oil , I would be happy if shipping fees were calculated by the parcel, weight and labour of packaging the goods, not by each individual bottle. Seems fair to me and would make me buy more !
