Not the sellers fault , however their customer service has been atrocious, i contacted them with pictures showing them the door was different from my door. No response. After a week I contacted eBay and they contacted the seller. I then still receive no response and I sent a follow up message. They then give me a partial refund and say royal Mail will deliver my item, do they really think that person gave the post man back my order are 2 weeks.
