The item had been well wrapped in bubble wrap but the box had clearly been seriously damaged during transit from China to the UK and the lens was shattered. Had it not been broken it looked perfect. I contacted the sellers in China and they responded in less than an hour asking for photos. 12 hours later they issued a full refund me having opted for refund rather than a replacement. I can’t fault their customer service.
