Sadly, not all buyers are the same. Why don't some buyers give sellers the benefit of doubt, and contact the seller first - for which I'm sure that any problems could be amicably resolved? Some buyers are just too impatient, and seem to lack empathy and basic intelligence. Just my opinion! ;)

I did not receive the item which had a tracking number. After contacting Royal Mail I was told the item was missing. I notified the sender and she immediately refunded my payment and emailed me with an apology. It was not the sender that was at fault at all and she was very prompt with her reply and easy to communicate with.
