    Arrived today unfortunately when opened was smashed with no bottom in or handle on the cup. Think this is due to the carelessness of royal mail. No problem with the packing at all looked well packed on dispatch. Think it could have been dropped on its way to myself. Thanks again will be looking at your items again. Feel that this is not your fault. As described.Good value for money.
