    Got my refund in the end. Was declined the first time by the seller, then given another date for delivery that didn’t even happen. Applied for a refund again and it was approved via eBay. The sellers communication was next to none. Really sad I have to leave negative feedback as I don’t like doing it at all but if it can prevent other customers going through the same headache then so be it.

    Not the fault of the seller but I ordered the wrong mat (Vauxhall Maxi) for my vehicle (Vauxhall Vivaro) and it, of course, didn’t fit, contacted seller who suggested it was my fault, which I knew, they said they did not make a Vivaro equivalent and were generally unhelpful and a little “smug” about my mistake offering no refund or return! Product was great quality though! And delivered promptly
