Multiple delays, claimed additional address information required, then claimed I wasn't in, even though I was in on each occasion. I could initially, update the courier website to leave the item in a safe place or just post in through the letter box (small item). Finally managed to update the courier system and it was finally left outside my front door, not in a safe place. Let down by your courier, I am afraid

It did not arrive until 10 days later, but the seller had not paid the correct postage, so I was then told I had to pay additional charges on top of what I had already paid for this item!!!!!!
