The seller confirmed despatch, and a tracking number was provided. But Evri, (the courier) apparently lost the parcel. Their tracking showed they were "expecting it", and then gave no further updates. When contacted, the seller promptly advised that Evri had "misplaced" the parcel. He arranged a full refund. Good seller, rubbish courier firm. Avoid Evri!
