Ordered specifically as I needed it next day, waited in all day and it didn't show up but the seller did dispatch right away. I suspect bad weather in Scotland delayed this in that case couldn't be helped. Battery very low price and looks extremely good quality and was very nicely packed so very pleased with it. Enquired about another battery that was listed by seller with two battery types same listing but they didn't reply so I can look elsewhere for that, no problem. Thanks anyway.

took 48hrs instead of 24hr delivery service has advertised but that's not a negative towards the seller . they do dispatch the battery very quickly so it's down to the currier service. a very good battery for a very reasonable price. thank also for sorting out my mistake on my 1st order with reimbursement of my refund and cancellation and making sure that the order wasn't sent out to me. thank you so much I will always buy from your company

Extremely disappointed. Not a company you want to deal with. These are at a cheap price for a reason. Customer service is shocking. One battery arrived dead the other had very little charge. The dead one would not take charge. Told I had to pay for return postage and they would reimburse me. Not as described/faulty goods are not the customers responsibility to arrange such things. It goes on but I’ll run out of letters. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. Worth paying a bit more elsewhere.
