    Item was as described. Nice leather strap & excellent value for money. I had messaged seller as I thought I had been sent wrong strap. I received a message quickly explaining that there was a connector on the strap that had to be removed. When this was done strap fitted perfectly. Happy with my purchase and good customer service. Would definitely order further products from them.

    BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Wrong item sent (fitbit strap). Seller said item not available & would only issue 1/3 refund! Never received refund. Seller contacted & said item now in stock & sending new strap. Never received. Told lost in transit & sending another. Again never received. Fraudulent advertising of items they do not have. Reported seller. Let's see if ebay take action as other buyers have had same experience. Wish I'd read all the comments first!
