    I didn t receive my item during the promised time. I contacted the seller and he offered me a refund or another one to be sent. I chose for another one to be sent. Then yesterday morning I received two packages! Obviously Royal Mail need to up their game.

    I ordered gloves that were advertised as “gloves 2x”. One would reasonably assume that this meant receiving two gloves or a pair. However, I received only one glove. I contacted the seller to clarify the issue, but their response was sarcastic and dismissive. Instead, I requested that they remove the misleading term “2x” from the product description. Their response was to increase the price by 50p leaving the description unchanged. This constitutes misrepresentation and is highly misleading.

    Funny how almost 200 people can order and select the glove they want without any problems. There are 2 choice for the texture you want, that's why you have to select a glove. Dispatched the same day and with free delivery for 3.99 and you send endless messages over a 3.99 glove? The buyer also used and liked the glove: “Listen mate I'm not complaining about the glove, it's been used and it's really good. So no, I won't be returning it“ Why not message me after first opening the package?
