OK, there was no problem with the seller or the goods but Yodel were hopeless. Why is it when you're desperately waiting on a part that the delivery service goes t!ts up? I got a message saying that they were having a problem with my address (???) and could I "chat" with them? Would do except there's nowhere on their website to "chat" and even the logistics number that the seller provided turned out to be a bot which said my parcel was "out for delivery". Finally turned up 5 days later. Grrrr.
