    Seller sent my package to the wrong address with also the wrong name on it. FedEx won't provide any information without the name and address the page was sent to. I tried contacting the seller and they only issued a refund with no other explanation on what happened. I only have one name and address associated with my eBay account.

    I don’t believe this feedback is fair. The order was shipped to the exact eBay address on file, but FedEx made an error that was out of my control. Even though I also lost money on shipping, I immediately issued a full refund so the buyer would not be left at a loss. I always try to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
