    Über die Qualität kann ich leider nichts sagen, weil der Artikel durch die sehr unschöne Verpackung unvollständig ankam. Der Service des Verkäufers ist auch sehr schrecklich und müsste verboten werden. Artikel ging zurück nach mehreren Wochen Diskussion.

    Bei der Bestellung um spätere Lieferung wegen Auslandsaufenthalt gebeten. Wurde leider nicht beachtet. Meine Reklamation am darauffolgenden Tag hieß es: das Paket ist schon in der Post und kann nicht zurückgeholt werden. Geliefert wurde am Tag darauf, nur an wen. Wenn ich im Februar zurückkommen kann ich das Paket suchen. Toller Service!!!

    I shouldn't even leave a neutral rating. The walker I bought can't be put together because the brake cords are wound around the metal frame.. Contact with seller resulted in a $10 refund offer. i cant return or mail it because i am in a wheelchair. There is more but not worth going into. not putting together and seller offering cheap refund so they wouldn't have to pay for shipping are two issues. I offered to accept $60 back, of $118 spent, so no one had to pay fore returning the walker
