  This item arrived poorly packaged. Although i used the sellers sizing chart the shoes were far to small. They also looked and felt very cheaply made. I contacted seller but their response was more than unhelpful. For this reason i wouldn't recommend or use this seller again.

  I ordered this jacket in a size larger than I usually would as overseas sizes tend to be smaller than UK. It was very small when arrived so I asked for a return. I was asked to send photos of the label inside so the seller could determine if the correct size was sent. There was no size label, just a small label with a 4 on. The reply was that this was a manufacturing error & it was definitely the correct size therefore no return was issued & I now have an item that doesn't fit & no refund
